Included are 4 recordings for your home practice. To get the most out of these teachings, it is recommended to make time to practice regularly. You will receive some assignments to prepare for the sessions and to get a better understanding of the technique of iRest.
Wendy Manders is an iRest trainer and experienced Yoga teacher at Yoga SuCasa.
